Sill, in numbers.
A small window into how Sill is used.
Anonymous daily activity, shared with everyone.
Loading the latest numbers…
Small counts stay private. “Fewer than 5” means there is activity, but the exact count is hidden. Zero means no activity was counted.
01 / Activity
People coming back.
Active Macs over the last 30 days.

A little real use.
Opening Sill’s panel, dropping something on the notch or opening Quick Capture counts a Mac once per day. These are active Macs, not concurrent sessions or people online right now.
Not measured
Downloads aren’t counted here. New installs count first-day use of a fresh installation; reinstalling over an existing copy doesn’t add an install.
02 / Retention
Back for another day.
The share of new installations active again 1, 7, 14 or 30 days later. Only completed follow-up periods in the last 90 days are included.
Day-7 retention by version
03 / The Macs
What Sill runs on.
Activity across the last 7 complete days. One Mac used on three days contributes three activity days. Small groups are combined or hidden.
Open by design.
Private by default.
Only Macs with anonymous usage sharing turned on contribute. No account, persistent device ID, file names or anything you keep in Sill is collected. Development builds are excluded.
Reports use each Mac’s local calendar date. The dashboard’s reporting periods and update times are shown in UTC.
